2. Animal Safety During Transportation

Every transportation arrangement is carefully planned with the animal’s health and wellbeing in mind.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party transportation providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Live Arrival & Health

We prioritize the safe arrival of every finger monkey and carefully prepare each animal prior to transportation.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect their animal immediately upon arrival and schedule a veterinary wellness examination within 72 hours.

Any concerns regarding the animal’s condition should be reported promptly with supporting documentation where applicable.

9. Restricted Locations

Finger monkeys (pygmy marmosets) may be restricted or prohibited in certain states, counties, or municipalities. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying applicable laws before placing a reservation or purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where ownership or transportation may violate local regulations or compromise animal welfare.
